The Mobile NEXUS Enrollment session is in Miami, Florida from March 3 to 5, 2020.

Why is this session special? You don’t have to visit a NEXUS Enrollment Center at Canada/U.S. land borders or at certain Canadian international airports to complete the process. U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, Canadian citizens, and Canadian lawful permanent residents are eligible. ONLINE APPLICATION:

Step 1: Go to CBP’s Trusted Traveler webpage at: https://ttp.cbp.dhs.gov/. Select “Get Started” to create an account and apply for the NEXUS program.

Step 2: Once your online application is submitted, you must send your name and PASSID to [email protected] who will coordinate an expedited application with CBP. To find this number, log back into your Trusted Traveler Programs account and your 9-digit PASSID will appear in 10 – 20 minutes. This is NOT your Application Number. This must be completed by March 2, 2020. 

COST:

$50.00 USD for a five (5) year adult membership. Free for individuals under the age of 18.

INTERVIEW DATE:

March 3 to 5, 2020. Once your application has been approved, you will receive an automated Conditional Approval e-mail. Login to your Trusted Traveler Programs account and you will be able to book your interview by selecting NEXUS Event Miami, FL. It is the applicant’s responsibility to schedule their interview. Interviews can ONLY be scheduled by using the Trusted Traveler Programs website starting January 28, 2020.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

For the interview, bring proof of citizenship and a second form of identification (i.e. provincial or state issued

driver’s license or ID card). If you are a lawful permanent resident, you must also present your permanent resident

card. If you would like to be included in Global Entry, a valid passport is required. Proof of residence / address is

required. Minor children 18 years or younger are required to have parental or legal guardianship permission. If

only one parent is attending the interview with a minor, you must have written permission from the other parent.

TIME & LOCATION:

The mobile enrollment session will run from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm EST. (You will schedule your appointment on

the Trusted Traveler Programs website once Conditionally Approved). Interviews will be held at the Consulate

General of Canada Miami (200 S Biscayne Blvd Suite 1600 Miami, FL 33131, USA). Public parking lots and

meter parking is available at a cost to the applicant. No validation will be provided.
