The stars shone bright at the Canadian Embassy’s red carpet soiree on April 24th, an event that lead up to the Washington Correspondents’ Dinner. Hosted by Ambassador Gary Doer, Extra, and the Hill – the Embassy was prepped to greet politicians from Washington, media elite and several celebrity guests. Complete with the Molson O Canada Beer Fridge, cocktails whipped up by Canadian Top Chef All Star Spike Mendelsohn, and photo ops with a Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer – it was truly a star studded Canadian style celebration.
